All financial transactions on jjwani are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jjwani does not process transactions in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion fees or charges are applied by jjwani to standard PKR transactions.
jjwani currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified payment methods:
Deposits are credited to your jjwani account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 per transaction. jjwani reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to five (5) business days, subject to successful KYC verification being on file. Withdrawals are made exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account in the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000 per transaction. jjwani may require additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds as part of its AML compliance procedures.

No User is granted any licence, right, or ownership over any jjwani intellectual property by virtue of registering an account or using the platform.
You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jjwani content without prior written authorisation from jjwani. Unauthorised use of jjwani intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jjwani, its directors, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any intangible losses arising from:
jjwani's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your jjwani account at the time the claim arises. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based and even if jjwani has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jjwani reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Where an account is terminated due to a Terms breach, jjwani is not obligated to return any funds within the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a user-initiated closure or regulatory instruction — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.
You may close your jjwani account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat at [email protected]. Before closing your account, jjwani strongly recommends withdrawing any available balance. Account closures are processed within two (2) business days of a verified request.
jjwani collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a jjwani account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jjwani implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal and financial data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit and secure, access-controlled storage for data at rest. jjwani does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjwani's international gaming licence is issued.
In the event of a dispute between you and jjwani, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Disputes relating to game outcomes should be submitted to jjwani support within fourteen (14) days of the outcome in question. jjwani will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within ten (10) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable dispute resolution body designated by jjwani's licensing authority. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
jjwani reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, jjwani will provide notice to registered users via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the jjwani platform no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the amendment takes effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
The current version of these Terms is always accessible on this page and displays the effective date at the top. Your continued use of jjwani following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using jjwani and may request account closure.
